Services

Services

I don't sell hours or deliverables in the abstract. What I sell is one thing: I uncover, structure and operationalise what a business knows so people and AI can produce more accurate, consistent work.

Everything below is that same discipline applied to a different kind of problem — not five separate services. Every one links to a real example of it already done.

Context & Opportunity Audit

What it is: Finding the missing information, broken assumptions and unwritten rules sitting behind a problem before anyone tries to solve it. Most projects fail quietly here — not because the solution was wrong, but because it was built on a version of the situation nobody actually checked.

When it helps: Before a redesign, an AI rollout, or any project where "we're not sure why this isn't working" is the honest starting point.

Creative Workflow Design

What it is: Redesigning how ideas, assets, people and approvals actually move through a business — not a process diagram for its own sake, a working system that removes the manual bottleneck without removing the judgement that made the old process safe.

When it helps: When a team knows exactly what's slow, but every fix proposed so far has either broken quality or just moved the bottleneck somewhere else.

AI Context Systems

What it is: Defining the knowledge, examples, rules and human oversight an AI tool needs to produce output that's actually usable — the difference between an AI system that sounds right and one that's grounded in what's actually true about a business and its customers.

When it helps: When AI output already exists, but it's generic, inconsistent, or subtly wrong often enough that nobody quite trusts it.

Customer & Content Architecture

What it is: Connecting what customers are actually looking for to how information, navigation and content are structured — so people (and search engines, and AI tools) can find the right thing without having to already know your business's internal language for it.

When it helps: When search performance, conversion or "customers can't find X" keeps coming up as a problem no single redesign seems to fix.

Creative Standards & Governance

What it is: The rules that let quality and brand consistency survive at scale — across people, campaigns and, increasingly, AI-generated output — without turning every decision into a committee.

When it helps: When output quality depends on who happened to make it, and growth is making that inconsistency more visible, not less.

Working together

Most engagements start with the audit — it's the fastest way to find out whether the real problem is the one that was originally described. From there, the work is scoped to whichever of the above actually fits.
